Hygiene at the highest level |
The design of the “right” clean room technology for H+E PACKTEC machines is determined in accordance with the defined product properties as well as the distribution chain in question and the minimum shelf life required.
The hygiene categories which we apply comply with those of the VDMA (German Machine and Plant Engineering Association) and are based on the defined machine and process technology specifications. H+E PACKTEC supplies modular graded technology in accordance with the classification for hygienic filling machines and which enables optional upgrading through the adaptation of:
Our customers have to respond to growing consumer demands for product quality with outstanding consumer goods flavouring, attractive packaging design and not least with assured product stability and durability.
At H+E PACKTEC we assist our customers in meeting these challenges with machines which consistently fulfil the hygienic design criteria.
The dosage of the sterilisation agents is kept to a minimum and they are selected on a low impact basis for product and materials. This maxim enables both eco-friendly and energy-saving operation for our customers.
H+E PACKTEC guarantees an elimination rate of up to 105 and this is regularly confirmed by independent bodies.
The modular design means that any upgrade or enhancement of the hygiene system which may be required at a later stage can be carried out at any time. Where relevant, H+E PACKTEC does of course take this into account during the initial project planning.
