Bottle filling with proven expertise

The bottles are fed through the machine by their necks – one machine is able to process up to two different neck diameters. PET, PEN, HDPE, and PE PP bottles can be transferred from any conventional feed. The patented H2O2 sterilisation system means that bottle shrinkage is less than 2 ml, even with PET bottles. This proven system is also used for sterilising the caps.

The H+E PACKTEC bottle filler enables the sealing of the bottles with inline sterilised seals and/or screw tops. The machine can also be supplied with an optional bottle leakage test as an integrated machine function.

The H+E PACKTEC bottle filling and sealing machine means that our customers are always on the safe side:

• space-saving due to the proven linear design;
• energy-saving due to the patented H2O2 sterilisation system;
• environmental and economic compatibility due to the absence of central lubrication, pneumatics and the use of a closed cleaning circuit;
