The commissioning of delivered new machines and the handover thereof ready for production. The same applies to complex conversions of machines or mechanical facilities.

In the case of straightforward machine transactions this means the implementation and setting up of the machines with H+E PACKTEC acting as the customer’s specialist consultants on site.

Our particular strength lies in the adaptation of the construction and manufacturing of the complete machine to the customer’s operational reality, giving it a “final polish” in the interests of full customer satisfaction. In such instances we also operate as competent consultants for our customers on site, a partner who can be approached in confidence, even in situations which do not directly relate to the order.
