Our technically very sophisticated machines and mechanical units have a technical service life of at least 25 years. However, the frequent preference changes within the end-user markets mean that our customers need to review the production of the right products on our durable machines every three to five years and to make new decisions. Packaging contents and packaging are frequently subject to what are at times significant changes in order to keep up with contemporary tastes and modern trends.

This is where our after sales service comes into its own, providing advice for our customers faced with conversion measures, concluding the conversion sale and providing the service coordination interface. This is of course a very demanding undertaking requiring considerable all round expertise as well as years of experience.
